A year and a half being a coach and I’ve got this meal planning thing down! Yay, me!
It wasn’t always this way though.
I used to be a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kind of girl when it came to meals but one knows when one is working two jobs, has a kid, a busy social life, a dog and so many extra-curriculars, you have to lay out those pants the night before your busy day ahead.
Enter MEAL PLANNING!
The secret to my success in keeping my diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, stress levels– you name it– in check!
Make a plan. Make a list. Stick to it!
You end up saving $$$$ in the long run because your cart is only full of what you need, plus, who woulda thunk, LESS SPOILAGE! I don’t know about you but I don’t like things rotting on me.
